Yeah, I'd do overlapping trips or completely separate trips for sure. Just blame your schedule.

Same as what others said - stagger the trips. I'm on the Mum side of a similar equation, and while I would LOVE to see my son, he is 27 and is supposed to want to be with his partner more than me now (That's how I know I did a good job raising him)
