That’s awesome. I’ve heard lots of good things about CS. Would be amazing to have a 3 day long weekend every other week. You could just extend that with your PTO and get several nice breaks throughout the year.

80 hours into 9 days, every other Friday gets blocked off. Pushed heavily by the C suite and people abide by it.
I’m at Collaborative and since I work in post-prod, I take every other Monday off and love it (we have a choice between Mon/Fri). I work 9 hour days each day to be able to clock 80 hours over 9 days. Love it because I still get full autonomy over creating my own schedule and picking my own clients/projects. I have a flex Monday coming up this week actually after a busy week. I plan to do nothing at all😎
And no it does not impact my bonus. We have a 75% utilization target and at least in post-prod you will NEVER have a problem hitting that even if you take time off. I take PTO and balance days every quarter in addition to my flex Monday and still hit over my utilization target to gain a bigger bonus 🤷🏾♂️
