My boy got laid off
Over hired? We can't staff people fast enough! Where are you guys getting this info?
Forgive the typos, I already started drinking.
I dunno but my old group got moved to that department in Assurance and I stayed behind. They claimed it was for revenue reasons. This was a few months ago.

One of the problems in Cybersecurity is we have so many new inexperienced folks and the managers and more experienced are way overworked.
@pwc3 .... In Assurance we receive weekly utilization reports which clearly depict how many folks are on the bench. Couple that with Director/Partners comments, it's pretty obvious

We have not over hired for Cybersecurity. But we did over hire in other other parts of the Assurance and are waiting until July to hire more.
@pwc4, no judgment, I have too. Do you receive the weekly utilization spreadsheets too? Why do we have so many folks on the bench then?
I get them. We don't have that many people on the bench. It's typically no more than a couple weeks here and there. People get picked up from there too--at least in my region/market. Everyone I know is fully booked.
