I hear these two things about Facebook: They are a tier-1 engineering org with only Google as their peers, and they have the worst code quality of any major tech company and it's mostly PHP and is so bad it will make your eyes bleed. I am at staff level. Senior and above only will get 10% variable pay or even at staff level they will give 10% variable pay?
