My team is dissolved yesterday and they said team members will adjusted in different projects as per requirement and domain...

Now today they asked me to work night shift for 6 month but I said no and asked opportunity for general office time...

Is it wrong to negotiate like this ?
Do I get another offer ?
Im confused coz I don't want to be on bench.

Wanted some clarification about TCS salary structure Job level offered is C3B

1) Monthly performance pay is 9.25 percent of CTC. Recruiter is saying this is fixed salary. Is this component always fixed or there are scenarios when company can deduct this? Even if one is on bench, is this fixed?

2) Performance Bonus / Quarterly variable is 12.7 percent of CTC. Is this too high or standard for all people at C3B level?

3) Together both make variable 22% of CTC. Is it normal or too high?
