I heard that MC professionals in PwC US Advisory and Deloitte USI S&O work for 12+ (sometimes 16 hours) a day. How are you guys able to manage this? Don't you get frustrated working for so long and with minimal work life balance?

Design question for my work from home ladies - how did you decorate around a standing desk, large monitors, etc?

I find that with a large monitor there’s not so much I can put on the wall without having the monitor partially cover it - especially when the desk moves.

I don’t mind if the decor is covered when I’m using it standing, but want it to look nice when it’s lower down. Also find that with the monitor/laptop another square on the wall is too much of the same shape - any inspiration?

Any idea on how much joining bonus KPMG gives for consultant role?

I am earning 16lpa for this financial year April 21-Mar 22.
In that 16 lpa I earned 1.5 joining bonus.
But when comes to paying tax - total I need to pay nearly 1.6 lpa..
Finally no use of getting better CTC offer.
How to overcome paying heavy tax.
Note :- person who struggles for a day earns 16lacs - after deducting the tax he earns 14.5 lpa
When other colleague who enjoys daily and work for 5hrs/day he earn 14 lpa - but no need to pay tax at all.he was gaining all benefItsby old regime
