Is it time to make my move? I’m in a mid-size mkt in a firm of 3-5 lawyers. I’ve been practicing at this firm for four years as of October ‘20 and have yet to bill under 1,800 in a year. This year I will apparently receive neither a bonus nor a raise, despite have a banner year for both billing and new business. I also handled roughly 95% of managing our office move (not just coordination, but actual packing), which occurred while I had a newborn at home. (More in comments)

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Hello so I recently had a situation. I worked at an office for 10 years. I asked the supervisor for help and she has a tantrum. Starts yelling, what do u want? Ripping up my schedules for the next day. After all the commotion I go to her office to talk to her and she starts throwing away her lunch, mind you it 4 pm and saying I guess I get no lunch today, what can I do for you? What would you have done?

My room mate leaves his stuff all over the dinner table to the point I can’t even sit down to eat. A few nights ago, I stacked his things (unopened packages, mail, etc) neatly to give me more room and he got mad at me for moving his stuff. Now I stack everything I can as high as I can every night. I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer
