I highly suspect that my GM and another manager have had an inappropriate relationship in the past and she is holding it over his head. She has an enviable schedule and she does whatever she wants. A coworker who recently left intimated that they were inappropriately close before I started with the company. I feel that if I go to HR that I may be terminated for being a whistleblower. Has anyone been through this and what did you do?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Anyone else get frustrated when the partner brags about their billable hour amount for the month? Like congrats, you get to bill .2 for each piece of mail. You also get .2 for every letter your secretary types up as a "form letter" you never even look at. As an Associate, I don't get those easy/automatic hours.

PO of 2 years, switched to a new line of business 6m ago. Love the clients, love my team but I’m starting to despise my PM. They were promoted from PO & it has been an off and on struggle for the last year.

What do you do if the partner who hired you is nice in social settings but awful to work for? And you can’t seem to escape from working for that partner.
