Can anyone tell about monthly in hand salary??

Hi Everyone,
Was hoping to get a hand or advice. I had submitted an application the Travelers for a marketing position in early November, resume shows received but nothing else. Is there someone that works there that could direct me to a HR email or contact person? Have had nothing but a positive experience working with Travelers in my last two roles as an agent and then an underwriter would love to have to the opportunity to work directly with Travelers. Any help would be greatly appreciate is!Travelers

Figure what works first, THEN scale those things

Bonus does not = salary review. I get so frustrated with this. How long have you been there? Does the company usually do annual salary reviews? Where do you live?
I was told on hire that they did. I have been there a little over a year. I live in the southeast. The company is headquartered in a large southern city. They also just hired a marketing coordinator to lighten my load without talking to me about it first - they say for the marketing stuff I don’t really “get” since my background is PR. For an increase in pay I would have figured it out. They’re also handing some of my duties to an agency. They say everything is fine but I feel very edgy about it all.
Where do you live?
is there another title i should be on the lookout for?
No, you should be making more. I had a position like that last year making ~140K TC with 4 years full-time experience. Now my role is scoped smaller than that and I make 135K base
You 100% should be getting paid more. I would say at least $80k.
I’m doing the same and helping our bus dev team with stuff. Making 55k and realizing it’s time to look
also we did not get even a COL raise this year and at no point did I have a yearly review to even ask about it. We got our bonuses and that was it.
Not fair. I left my previous position and got a 30k a yr raise doing exactly what you’re doing. My previous job was same responsibilities for 60k.
In my case, it means I no longer have to freelance and kill myself. Healthy bonus structure too so I’m now saving for land for a second home.
So I’m clearly getting screwed. How do I even go about bringing this up? I’m a very non-confrontational person and my boss knows that. I worked for him at my last job as well and he’s been very understanding as I tended to family matters the past few months. The last thing I want is to piss them off and get fired.
Agreed. Start looking at other places!
