I hope this is the right place to ask - this is my first post. I’m a content producer with an MA and 4 years experience. I currently make 60k at the job I’ve worked at for over a year. My prior position was 58k. I do all of our written content, videos, social media strategy, calendars - you name it, it’s me. I’m wondering if my salary is fair? I feel like I should be getting more, but my boss says I don’t get a raise because I got a hiring bonus/company gave out EOY bonuses.

If you were in a private company assistant controller position being offered $10k more to switch over to public and much better PTO days and fully remote as opposed to an in office position that I’m currently at in a Real estate growing company. Would u do the switch back to public (left public just recently)?

I have an offer to move client side and help them on their implementation of Workday (current implementation Consultant) as their HCM Admin. Pay is much better (about 30k more than now, currently make 72) - but my husband told me to think about it because it’s so easy to get promoted and shine in my current role. I’ve been told I’m top of my level and doing everything right. Do I stay and advance to Principal/Manager for resume or go to Client Side for major company to help them?

I’ve been in consulting just under a year. I came from a tech company and implement their technology. I hate delivery and it’s showing… I can’t find a role I enjoy. I’ve been on difficult projects which probably doesn’t help, but in general I’m finding I don’t enjoy the deep, in the weeds conversations that being in delivery requires. Should I try to move within my company, go back to tech, or join another consulting firm in a different capacity?
