Im weighing two options with former managers that I worked with. Option 1: $114k (paycut from current salary); manager role overseeing a team of 7; great manager and work life balance /// option 2: $150k + bonus ; director role working with market leadership team so lots of visibility and if I do well can grow into more things. Work life balance should not be more than 50-60 hours a week but it was with a former micromanaging boss. I also have a toddler with most of the responsibilities

I just graduated from college this year and I’ve been blessed to receive several job offers. I obtained my dream job, but the salary as an entry level employee isn’t very sufficient. I received an offer for a remote position, so I was wondering if it would be possible to manage two full time jobs at the same time if one is remote and the other was on site. Of course, I would make both employers aware and seek permission. I would really appreciate the community’s thoughts on this.
