Shouldn’t be. I’ve had clients do the same thing and it was not an issue at interview. Visa was issued correctly.

What country are you having your visa appointment at? trying to find out what the backlog is like for Canada.

Ok thanks for the info. Your experience is very similar to one my client has gone through with Mexico, which also requires in-country payment at a bank. Good luck at your interview!

The owners of our company like to do a holiday handout at Thanksgiving each year. They used to do a whole Thanksgiving meal (turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, pie). Last year there was a lack of available turkeys in the quantity we needed, so we switched it up and did a bottle of sparkling cider with a $25 gift card. This year the owners want to do something different but they are not sure what. Does anyone have any suggestions? We have about 300 employees in one location. Thanks!!

Seeking to understand: I have a good friend who struggles with anxiety. Whil I try to be there for her and be understanding, sometimes it feels very one-sided. I went through a very rough health scare myself about a month ago and I realized she wasn’t really there for me and even when we talk, it’s mostly about her and what is stressing her out. I know she doesn’t mean to make it about her, but it does frustrate me. I don’t want to get resentful but im starting to. Any advice or perspective?
