I interned at this big company last year, and my old boss set me up for an interview in the design department. I'm not qualified for the open roles, so I'm unsure about this interview. I don't know what questions they are going to ask. Any guess on what they're going to ask? I need to ace this T.T

Cognizant put my candidature on hold after both rounds of interviews and HR ended up telling me that it’s coz of my current CTC. They will interview more candidates and accordingly get back to me . As of now, my candidature is “on hold”.

I was told that they’d have to give me a higher designation to justify my kind of salary. Right now my YOE fall in Manager band. How true is this?

The interviewer asked me my current CTC only and no discussions on expectations have happened till now.

Is it worth being leveled down to join FAANG? currently an SFA on a path to manager in another 12-18 months at mid tier F500. Worth it to be down leveled to FA level (financial analyst) to have Meta, Amazon Etc on your resume?

HR pending for LTI and Citius Tech. How should I go for negotiation to get maximum. This is my first switch and I would really appreciate some guidance. Hi Fishies, I got info about my LEAD category via teams call, and a week later the LEAD form was released by my counsellor. Via call I was told I would be getting a progression but there is no mention about it on the the form, there is only:

Conclusion on QRMTE: Met expectations

Is it normal? Shouldn't my progression be mentioned somewhere? My counsellor is out of office for some time and I am getting worried now.
