The KPMG recruiter explained that its an extremely small practice and I wouldn't be doing a lot of the "grunt" work any more like clearing alerts in AML etc. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this practice really does? What is the expected Salary Range for Senior Analyst in Natwest.

I received a job offer with a probationary period that requires targets are met to obtain the full salary I requested. While this is not a pure sales role, biz dev and revenue are part of the responsibility of managing a 30pp department in this role.

One target requires I increase team revenue by 20% in 6 months. They haven't shared current revenue info yet, but 20% on ANY number seems really high, especially in the first 6 months.

What are some reasonable revenue increase goals you've had?

Any Sales Leaders doing any of the following with their sales teams?

- Entering a new market.
- Entering an old market with a new product.
- Trying to focus sales efforts onto one objective.

I am thinking about taking a job at a cybersecurity company as an SDR. I am switching from real estate to tech sales. I know SDR is entry level and I am a little hesitant to take the position because I am almost 30. I am wondering if anyone else has taken the role mid-career and how it went for you? Segmenting / database quality question —- we have 2 segments based on EE count : 21-100 and 101+. We use LinkedIn as source of truth. Problem is I can’t prospect using LI Nav as they only let you pull by range 51-200. Any idea how to search LI based on LinkedIn employees (with profiles) not the range or best way to prospect into this segment?

I have a final interview for an AE position next week for a saas company. 30 min interview followed by role play. I’m pretty nervous even though I feel like i shouldn’t be but I’m just excited for the chance to finally move from my BDR position.

My quota is based on invoiced sales that resets quarterly. This includes a sliding-scale commission % based on how far you’re at on your quarterly goal (towards quota) which is checked/paid once a month. The only thing that goes toward our quota is PAID sales. This excludes orders still being processed by DE (largest orders) and customers still within NET payment terms. We don’t get paid until the company gets paid. Am I missing warning potential? Am I being expected of A and judged on B?

Hello all! in the cruise sales industry for about 8 years. always been a top producer but my last job I was at a cruise line that went belly up. Salaries in cruise industry are very low 20-40k and work hours are awful. I’ve always been a top performer everywhere I go (making 150kish a year) but am seeing these six figure salaries in saas sales etc. Do saas companies hire top producers from other industries? Where is a good place to start? Ton of experience in sales force and coaching others too.
