I interviewed two weeks ago with the PE team at a Canadian pension fund. The fund is looking to add several associates to the team. I have found out through my sources that the team is still interviewing and has not made offers. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to improve my chances?

I am currently interviewing for one of the FAANG companies. If this works out, I will be 6-7 months pregnant by the time I actually join them. Should I disclose this while I interview? Or should I disclose after accepting the offer?

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? I have been applying non stop to jobs that do require a bachelors and I am qualified for. Either I don’t get called for an interview or when I do I’m not selected. With all the shortages of staffing and difficulty keeping people, why don't companies offer retention bonuses? Sure, there are a lot of sign on bonuses, but why not bonuses for the people that stick around?

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?
