I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

I am currently working as Audit senior assistant at deloitte USI and my promotion is due in upcoming June month in deloitte. I Got an offer from KGS australian region as senior 2 position and hike is 25% from current package. I heard that worklife balance is good at KGS normally it is 8-9 hrs max job in a regular day but quality of work is not at par with deloitte USI really confused about whether should i make a switch or stay back in deloitte and wait for promotion?

I’ve been struggling with this, in part because it happened to me in a previous role & I’m trying to leave it behind. I was managing a diverse team which had two white males on it. I recall during my first few wks, whenever I stated something in a meeting 1 of the white males would re-explain what I just said really rapidly, almost in a manic sort of way.The other white male would get really sassy (not how else to describe this) with me at times.
