I invested some money in Jan/Feb at the peak and I’m waiting to recover -1.5k in VWO and -2k in VO. All my other investments are doing well. Should I just bite the bullet and sell and reinvest in VTI?

I'm dumping most of VWO. I don't think emerging market indices are going to rebound soon and would rather free up the capital for other bets.

You only lose if you sell.

Assuming you’re in the US: Sell and move to VTI. Harvest your losses and get some percentage of it back in taxes at least, can offset up to 3k in taxable income if you have no other cap gains, and you can carry forward.

D said we will all move to Central Business Service (CBS)

We will no longer be under Executive Service Center (ESC)

Although management says it will have no impact on us, am suspecting that's not the case.

Does KPMG, EY and PWC have a central support system?

Please, share your thoughts as am thinking that moving to CBS we will lose some perks.

Hello fellow HR pros! I really need your opinions on HR certifications. I am deciding between PHR and SHRM-cp. I have read just about all there is online comparing the two and can not decide. My heart is telling me PHR, my mother in law (an HRBP) is telling me to go with SHRM, as it’s more widely recognized, more established and a larger network in general. I work for a 350~ company who is growing rapidly through M&A. Passions/interests are compliance, strategic vision, M&A, branding and culture

Hi All. I am currently working in TCS and pursuing my PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Learning. I don't know much about job opportunities. I love travelling and some of my friends travel to different countries for a short stint (1-2y) for work. Is there any job/company that would be allow me to travel often (to different countries) as a Data Scientist/Analyst? Sorry if the question sounds dumb. Thanks in advance!

I work as an Associate at a VC fund. I started working at the company almost a year ago. We recently looked to hire another associate for the fund. I ran the search and we found a candidate we liked and then I found out that the other candidate got offered $15K more than what I am making.

For context, I am the only non-parter on the investment team so there is no one else to compare myself to.

Feeling demotivated. Has anyone else experienced this?
