I joined 2 months back.
A new team was created soon with all new joiners.

It turned out that, no one underatands or knows anything about the tech stack for which they were hired(god knows how they cleared interview)!! Now i'm the only one doing all teams work !!

Wlb has gone to hell !!

What can i do?

Was about to accept an offer with a smaller brand strategy firm and got a push to interview with Deloitte for a partnerships lead position that really matches my profile…but love the culture of the smaller firm. Go for big brand name and bigger check, or growth and connection at smaller firm with exciting work?? Obviously just in first round with Deloitte—but 25yrs old, so trying my best to think ahead and make smart moves!

Have a last interview with an Amlaw200 firm. They pay 165k for a first year. Super excited about it. What do you think a 2nd and 3rd year are paid?

I live in Alberta and work in insurance as a service broker at hub customer central insurance. I have been in insurance for 3 years and am doing their paid training.
What do you think the minimum amount of time you should be at a job before you leave ? I was thinking 8 months to a year roughly minimum

I have been depressed for 18 years. I don’t think it’ll ever get better. Therapy is ok but doesn’t solve the fact I just want the peace of non-existence. I hated every med I ever tried they just made me not sleep at all or sleep for 16 hours. I can have a perfectly fine day but end up laying awake at time in unbearable mental pain. I can’t imagine trudging through life for more years like this.

Herjavec group- 11 L fixed + 1 L VP and exposure to work on IAM tool Sailpoint

Optum - 11.7 L fixed + 1.75 L VP + 50k JB with no exposure to any IAM tool, just basic User access management work

Which one should i join, please help ?
