I joined acc in the month of April. Since then I have been on bench. I have got around 5-6 project calls, but I am not even able to clear these internal technical discussions. After these discussions there is no update. I am scared whether I will be fired from accenture for being in bench for so long and not able to clear the interviews

Went through all Tiktok rounds (1 recruiter, 3 PM, and 1 HR). Wrapped up my final interview with HR 2 weeks ago and they said that they would have an update by the end of the week, but to reach out to the recruiter the following Monday if I didn’t get an update.
I followed up last Monday and the recruiter told me they’re still interested, but they’re awaiting further guidance from the hiring team. Didn’t hear from her again, so I followed up yesterday and no reply. Any feedback about this?

I have a friend working in Accenture, as senior analyst from the past 2 years, now level 11. Total ex - 4yrs.
What should be the appropriate salary which she can demand from the company?

I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.
