I absconded my first company (Fiserv) and I faced no implications. I know many people who abscond during the probation period. So do as you like, we do not have bonded labour in India.
You are probably not worth the effort.
Accenture having a lot of project and they are still hiring people, you can wait for some more time by doing some training and upgrade your skill. Even if you abscond no problem you are in probation no implications don't worry about that.
A) You will never be hired in the company ever again
B) The manager / colleagues will go out of their way to screw up your equity in the market
C) Clients and other external stakeholders will be officially mailed that you have absconded
D) HR recruitment networks will be intimated and they won't consider you for any roles in any company
E) Eventually everyone in your new organization will know you absconded. That will wreck your growth opportunities.
....
Absconding is okay for BPOs in Noida operating out of living rooms. Not for cos. like Accenture
Don't listen to anyone about fake implications of abscond... If they have not proceed with your pf and you are not sure about your project then go ahead. I did the same 2 week ago
Yes i am dumb and does not have any skill whatever i have company has hired me for that and later put me in some different project i simply wrote a resignation email and ran away.
Lol abscond! Do you know the implications?
Could you please tell me implications?

Absconding is a route which cowards take to avoid confrontation. Accenture will inform the cops if you abscond as 'not reporting to office' as that is required to legally protect them. Cops will not take any action. Your employer file will be marked as absconded within Accenture so if anyone asks for a reference from Accenture, it will show up there. And that's about it. Life will go on as usual for you. Your new company will not know anything about it.
Now it is for you to decide that you take a 'not so honorable' exit or just abscond. If you confront Accenture, they will force the notice period of probation on you and you might have to negotiate a extension in the joining dates at this new company. So take your decision wisely, weigh both sides and then action it
Absconding is not always an act of cowardice but of bravery. And in the middle of the pandemic, companies had balls to lay off people and cut their salary! We have a family to feed not a society to impress!
Recently had njo for cl 8 and above. 10 out of 50 had the same concerns during hr brief. Am too in the same boat.
