I joined Accenture last year in May at level 8 and received 3 lacs as joining bonus.

However, I've received a very good offer recently and will be putting down my papers tomorrow.

Now as per Accenture's offer letter, the joining bonus needs to be returned if I leave within an year of joining.

So, do I need to return the same even if leave the org in June (after completing 3 months NP) ? Any idea.

Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do. Got the first salary from deloitte today and surprised to see the PF deduction is only one deduction what is mentioned in the offer letter. Even though as per the policy it says employee needs to pay an equivalent amount. Also less tax deducted this month . Is it because the calculation is made only till March 2022? Any idea anyone

I’m Have been an RN for three years. I have worked in the prison system for over two years. I recently applied and was offered a job in the ICU/CCU. Which I would love to try this new adventure. I like to look at pros and cons. Pros of the Prison my boss recognizes my hard work, I have great pay, and a great schedule. Cons-there is at times unequal distribution of duties, some bad attitudes with some of the staff. PPE is not always easy access, who knows who. What’s your thoughts?
