Hi Folks,
Recently I had given couple of interviews for a company and after 10 days, HR had called me and told that my feedbck is positive. They just wanted me to join early but my notice period is 2 months and they were ready to buy me out,. I told them that there is possibility but it depends on my company’s current resources. So we discussed salary and HR asked me to sent my current salary details. I have gt an update from HR that it will take some to get the approval. How long it might take?Amazon IBM Tata Consultancy

@Author - Same case with me, I joined on 16th May. Appeared in 5 project interviews and got rejected in all. I started to doubt my skills and asked my staffing contact, they asked me to connect with skill advisory. Skill Advisory said it is only 5 projects, we have many projects just keep giving interviews.
I also have started to upgrade my skills.
Hoping to get a project soon..

This is the beauty of Epam. Client interviews are very tough, you can easily get into other companies, if you can crack these interviews.
This is how even epam Jr software engineers are better then outside sr folks.
Due to very tough interviews, we always upskill ourselves.
I am also facing same situation, rejected by three project interviews, even they don't provide proper feedback as well, joined on May last week, my RM told me that he will assign a senior person who will guide me, Not sure about job security but the process somewhat drops the confidence, as never ever faced such rejection.

They asked me to appear in 1 last interview and if I fail they will initiate my resignation. I gave 4 client interviews so far very tough.

I have heard this from many folks. Getting a project takes time. Seems internal interview is more difficult.

Keep strategy simple , keep giving interview outside also which ever cracks first go there ...
With every interview make sure to understand reason for failure .. just don't waste time in unnecessary thinking....

It is not unethical , you are doing it for survival, you are not doing it with greed like you are into project still for more hike you are resigning... You can always give genuine answer to other company about situation ..

You will be assigned a mentor and incubation session. Your job will get risky if you don't tag to billable project.
I hope EPAM would be giving sufficient chances for client interviews ....
Since you are on bench...is EPAM paying complt salary or are they paying 50K ?

I am for Android , i don't know about DevOps or AWS. Different projects clients ask.differrent rounds.

They told me I'll be given 1 last chance to interview and if I failed they will initiate my resignation with 2 months of notice period.
I have failed 4 interviews as Android Developer with 6.7 years of experience. Currently giving 5th, as of now nobody has said something like this.

The funda is very simple, major projects are in Java and .net
So a Java or a .net guy will easily sustain there for years and can grab a lot of knowledge and then make a switch and earn at around 40lpa
For other tech stacks it's going to be very hard.
