I joined EY GDS 6 months ago. My YOE is 3.5 now and I'm Consultant 1. When can I expect a progress to Consultant 2?

Hi all..i want your guidance... I have 13+ years of domian experience in the HRIT space and was part of HR digital transformation projects.. but my problem is I do not have a solid product implementation experience..I have worked with config teams across different HR platform ..I know more of less what each product is capable but again never done the config on my own and don't have any certification. I find this as a huge gap in further job pursuit..what u think should my future approach

I am currently in TAS in big 4, is there a path to strategy or business Dev in tech. Should I try for an mba? I don’t really want to be in accounting.

I asked if there was a chance to upgrade but it’s all done through corporate. Ily old job was tech savvier but my boss was a terrible micromanager. I’m thinking just stick around for 2-3 years. Maybe.

Any tips for studying for REG? I have heard law portion is not heavily tested but still how would you taggle that area or any advice in general is greatly appreciated!

Compensation for marketing positions with 4 YOE? In HCOL (Los Angeles, D.C. , etc.). Tech but not FAANG. Hard to narrow down as there are so many different pay ranges.

How are feedbacks from different quarterly cycles decide year end ratings?
