I joined EY GDS recently and noticed juniors referring Managers or Senior as "Sir", "Mam". Is it a common practise across the teams of EY? Should everybody follow the same?

Who got their ACCESS scores back? Higher, lower, pleasantly surprised? I'm surprised that they did much better in speaking, but we have been very focused on it!

My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?

Hello guys, I have an offer from EY gds as a senior sharepoint developer in Tax TTT. The location is Pune.
As i observed bulk hiring is going on in ey and they hired many sharepoint developers.

Can anyone please help me to know more about work culture, wlb etc. in ey gds.

Do we get any communication for progression also as like promotion has been announced via email and thru many mediums?

One dbt, regarding the PF both Employee and Employer contribution deduct from our salary ? eg: if PF mentioned 5k in offer letter ,how much deduction will occur ?

My fixed component was 7.23LPA, but my in hand salary which was credited this month was 50,663. I feel this is way too less !! Can anyone give me a clarity on this please !!

And same for KPMG and PWC, but why only EY employees are not having such exp...they always suggest not to join EY (Specifically EYGDS) or suggest other companies over EY.

I recently accepted an offer from gds, then after a week another company came and offered me 20% extra + ESOP worth 30%, so 50% above gds offer. I asked politely to the HR if they can revise my offer and match this offer of other company. To my surprise they said yes and they will send revised offer in a week. Will there be any issues in future because of this negotiation!? 😅
