I joined GDS in October as supervising associate. Does EY CBS have lowest salary package? Is there no salary correction? I heard they are offering much better in other service lines. Any thoughts?

IBM - 18 LPA (Bangalore)

I am alligned to join Infosys but this stark difference of 4 lakh is making it difficult for me to decide.

2)22 July to 23 August- counsellor will communicate you your lead category /promotion/progression result
3)with August end salary we will get our variable bonus (letter communication for bonus might come somewhere August end)
4)early September promotions would be revealed
5) new hike would be revealed end of September and new hike wud start frm 1 October

I have joined their Research and Insights team, as I was from a different background but EY gds hired me, now without giving me sufficient time to learn and scale up, I've been assigned to projects where I find lots of challenges and have been asked to deliver in impossible timelines. For which I've to work day in and out and still feel inefficient. What should I do about it ? Even I asked my councellor and they say your hours have to be billable.
