I am from EY India (2 years ++)
What's the best way to approach my counselor for a relocation to another city so that the counselor/manager approves without any issue..
Obviously it won't happen overnight, I have to give my handover and that could take a month, I am fine with that.

Anything I should take care of before joining new location?

I took the exit opp with Amazon from KPMG. It may not be the exit I wanted but atleast it’s the exit I needed.
Tc : 130 -> 230 k , yoe: 12 (relevant exp: 7 ), level manager to L5. I felt suffocated at KPMG with 3 of the leaders who supported me leaving in the last 10 months.

In the offer letter it's mostly mentioned HR band which is different from this, HR band is just the seniority level as per the org structure just for the reference for HRs.
