I joined nagarro 2 months back, since then I am on bench, i got 8-9 proposal , in some proposal either they asking for architect or different skill set ( my exp is 6+).

My skill is spring boot, microservice, JPA, Rest API , SQL, no SQL and AWS.
The project i am getting is core Java only.
What should I do , should I accept core Java project or wait for good proposal as I already received 8-9 proposal

What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? Hi Fishes. I interviewed for Atos-syntel. The HR said she'll tag me in project as soon as Offer is released (even though I still have a month's notice period left in current company) and said "give me assurance that you'll join the company if I release the offer otherwise I'll blacklist you from Atos and partner clients"
Is it okay to ditch her if I eventually get an offer from a better product based company with better CTC? Also, Can she blacklist me for not joining Atos after accepting offer?
