Definitely depends on how good the offer is.

Yeah, what are the specs of the incoming offeR? What company, pay, benefits?

When in September did you join? Honestly, if it's only been a few months, you technically don't have to even list it on your resume. But I'm sure you probably want to because it's Big 4. I'd wait and see what the offer is before jumping ship.

Ey being the big4 and HCL being the company i am expecting an offer.

Is the project you're on that bad?

That short of a time is probably going to look bad. Is the project that bad?

Unpopular opinion: Late night projects don't suck, the people you're working with just suck. One of my favourite projects had 12-1am nights for a month straight and was tough but I was genuinely friends with my colleagues and manager that it was just fun being on the project and working with them. Thoughts?

On a stretch role in my new project - enterprise analytics BA/PM role. Month and half in and manager is chewing me out over concerns I am not retaining the process of how things work and information to do my job. All the while trying to complete actual work for my role and onboard on to the client (big pharma). Is the feedback reasonable? I’m new to pharma and leading other internal practice wide responsibilities as well. Kinda stressing me out. Feel like I’m going to have to put extra hours.

I'm in my 30s and have spent 10+ years in the industry on production/account related fields. I have a good job that pays ok, but I'm struggling to find the drive I once had. Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word. I've gotten nothing but positive feedback with the in-house recruiter I'm working with. Is this normal? Client base would be asset managers & PE firms.
