Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. Wanted some clarification about TCS salary structure Job level offered is C3B

1) Monthly performance pay is 9.25 percent of CTC. Recruiter is saying this is fixed salary. Is this component always fixed or there are scenarios when company can deduct this? Even if one is on bench, is this fixed?

2) Performance Bonus / Quarterly variable is 12.7 percent of CTC. Is this too high or standard for all people at C3B level?

3) Together both make variable 22% of CTC. Is it normal or too high?
