I joined TCS recently as a lateral. Looks like it's 3 months probation. Could you please let me know if they confirm all after 3 months Or is there a chance that they let go off lateral hires after the 3 month probation is over.

I’m interviewing for an early career HRBP role and I’m looking to see if anyone has some insight on the potential salary range. I did some research and found that an HRBP is usually $100k+. The recruiter asked what my salary expectations are and considering the fact that it is a developmental role I said $80k - $90k, to which her response was “that’s a bit high”. Any thoughts to what would be considered a reasonable range for this role? I’m based in Houston, Tx , 4 YOE, and an HR certification.

After getting offer letter from TCS I had given a tentative joining date and was asked to communicate if I get early release from my current organisation . But I could not get an early release and hence I will be joining on the given date which is April last week . Meanwhile BGC was initiated and that’s been more than a month . Should I expect any kind of communication or directly before onboarding , can anyone help me to understand ? Anyone having joining in April last week?

I resigned last week. My manager is really mean and selfish. He didn't even called or pinged to ask what was the issue or anything. Now there is some initiative going on in the team and he assigned a task to me. I refused saying it's a long term initiative so please assign the task to someone else but he is saying you can take up the task with will be completed within 2 months. I don't want to work for him anymore what should I do.
