Random Tangent: After year end results were delivered, staff received meager 3.8% adjustments, which is far from the news reports of 7.9% USA inflation. In short, essentially everyone in the company just took a paycut. And yet there's bafflement in the C suite when we see less than a week later a handful of key contributors leaving.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. Just curious of the cis guys who all is painting their nails? I am seeing more and more guys with manicured/long finger nails. People should do what they want, but this is a turn off for me. I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?
