Conduent HR is ghosting even after sending a salary break up. When I finally got hold of her she told me to send the counter offer through mail. She is not responding to my mails when I'm nearing lwd, very unprofessional behaviour from Conduent. I can see them being easier because:
1) demand for talent in BA office is HIGH
2) visa requirements for Argentina are fairly easy (very easy compared to US)
To get it started I would probably talk to:
1) your PD Coach - think with them how to get the conversations started, who to involve and how
2) BA OMP - understand what skills are demanded by the office and how your skill set is a good fit
3) Your team - heads up / transition plans / potentially growing the team in BA, etc
Once that is settled you will have to put a formal request to switch offices
And how is the work culture at BA office?
