I've been applying for customer facing roles since I have experience working IT support and I am still working on my CS degree. Open to having someone look at my resume if that could be the issue.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

I really can’t secure an Internship for this summer and I had someone from EY say that I was overqualified but I don’t think that’s true. To be honest, I am a bit late to the internship finding game just because I recently decided I wanted to go into consulting (was premed).
