I’ve struggled with so many heavy infatuations before and a friend recommended this. Hope it helps anyone else out there who’s gone through this or may be going through this right now.

Would flying out Sunday afternoon be an option? I had similar issues as well. I would fly Sunday’s and had far less anxiety about it as opposed to Monday mornings. After a while I was tired of losing Sunday evenings at home, switched back to Mondays and haven’t looked back.
I’m the same way. And I’m about to take a 15 hour flight tomorrow!!! :(:( I used to get sick before flights when I was younger and would puke on the side of the road. That god better with age, but now all this travel is creating more trauma and I just panic before flights. I’m going to try and take a Dramamine or something to knock me out.
Some tips:
1 - Pack everything the night before, all the normal anxiety things - assume you have tried that
2 - Talk to your project lead in confidence that you need some flexibility with flying in a little bit later on 3-4 Mondays, for medical reasons; will stay later than normal to accommodate, no impact to clients.
3 - Your health is important and no one (!) will care about it as much as you do
