I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

Stop hiring agencies based on cost. You get what you pay for….
The best thing is to ask for references from current and previous clients, the most important thing is from current clients and you communicate with them that way you can know how they perform.
Go talk to their customers. When they have their success stories or case studies shoot a message to that company’s POC and get the full story.
It is one thing to promise and quite another to achieve, and usually, the agencies that meet the stated objectives are the ones that are objective and are usually more expensive.
First, you must know what you want if your type of product is B2B, you must look for an agency with sufficient credentials to face your challenge second you must be willing to invest properly.
You also have to review the objectives of your company with the investment, that is if your objectives are very high but your budget is low, many companies will approach you to obtain some profit but they know that they will not be able to achieve it, you must be honest about your objectives in the short and medium-long term.
It may seem crazy but the best thing is to have a marketing team in your own company, it is a significant cost at the beginning but I assure you that it will provide you with many more results than an agency, agencies charge large amounts to companies and pay little to Their workers usually subcontract people from other countries to pay them less.
There is a very long list of reasons why an agency is a better route for people than in-house.
More than an agency, I recommend looking for a freelance marketing specialist, they are more responsible because the work is directed towards your brand and not towards 6 clients at the same time, at the same time it is less expensive and I assure you that you will see results more quickly.
Hire in-house. An agencies job is to upsell/cross -sell you on more services. They have multiple accounts and more than one set of customers to please. You must ask for case studies, metrics or analytics that can reflect the agencies performance with other companies. Data can be fluffed but for the most part if they don’t give you accurate case studies from previous clients… stay away!
MC what exactly is your company looking for and what's the budget allocated to getting it done? Please be as specific as possible.
Look at the Glassdoor reviews. If the employees are complaining about it, it’s probably gonna happen.
