I would gather information and state the facts with the manager — pretty much how you outlined it in your post and ask for clarification as to why the difference exists. Pretend you don’t know the answer and welcome their response. A conversation with your manager should still form part of your fact-gathering phase.
Depending on how the manager answers, you can decide what you want to do next; is there a gender pay gap policy in the company? Is it a grievance/ favouritism issue? The key, I would say, isn’t to make accusations but to raise concerns and work with them to understand.
And if it’s as you suspect, follow grievance procedure and report them on Glass Door.
I agree with the above post. You need to have facts on your side. Do your homework and then present your case.
