I just found something called the Gloria as an alternative to shaving/waxing--has anyone actually tried it? Wondering if I should get it or if it's a scam...???

They almost got me with an IG ad but the reviews are BAD, I’d steer clear

I have no idea what Gloria is (tried Googling it) but I tried this wax/sugar alternative called Bleame. I don’t know if it’s the same thing?

I was SURPRISED that it worked. It’s like an eraser texture that you rub in circular motions on your hair and I guess the friction removes the hair.

A friend of mine bought it off IG and I tried it. It was simple and painless but just takes more time than shaving/waxing/sugaring.

I want to buy my own but it ships from the US and I hate paying for duty/shipping. 😅

I should mention I’ve tried everything under the sun for hair removal. I shaved, sugared, epilated, threaded and most recently I bought a IPL hair removal device that I can use at home. You can get them pretty cheap (around $100-300) and I’ve actually seen some real progress with it. It just takes a lot of time. It also depends on your skin pigment and hair colour.

I’m still keen on trying the Bleame for a longer period of time when I feel like forking out the money. 😅

I need some help. So I have an apartment I previously rented out through an agent. This time around I listed it myself on Zillow. Found a person interested. She’s a section 8 tenant, so I’m curious about the right steps to follow. How do I go about drafting a leasing agreement? She said her case worker said her new voucher goes into effect November 1st.

I am purchasing a home and my boyfriend wants in on the deal as a co-owner. It is only me on the mortgage. We are planning on writing up a co-ownership agreement with a 60%/40% split and yes he will be paying 40% of the mortgage, down payment, and property taxes etc. He wants to be on the title as a tenant in common to reflect that %. Is that fair? I just want to make sure I’m protected but I also understand that if he’s paying all this money, he wants some security as well

Hi guys
Had a query regarding Salesforce strategy roles.

Is it worth trying for strategy roles after 2 years in Tech Strategy projects at EY ? Or is there something more specific that I should be doing ?

Observed on LinkedIn that generally an MBA from Tier 1 University is the norm.

I am interested to apply to Salesforce in the future, if not now.

Is anyone familiar with filial responsibility laws? I have major doubts that my in-laws have enough saved for retirement / it seems they are planning to rely on SS despite currently living a pretty lavish lifestyle (brand new house, luxury cars, routine spa appointments, expensive dinners, etc.). I’ve heard of cases in PA (luckily we don’t live there), but what about other states? Also, I’m assuming if things go south at the end they can rely on Medicaid for long term care?

I have never gone to the gym or really worked out, and want to make a change in my life to start exercising. I'm not sure how to handle post-workout showering though.

First time growing out hair and it's coarse/wavy/dry so it takes days for oils to distribute (so oily scalp) due to pushing off washing -- when I do wash, I shampoo only the scalp and will conditioner the rest of my hair. I'm afraid of overwashing, but if I don't wash my hair after I sweat, it will frizz and poof up. Any advice?
