I recently stated an influencer program at work. I have no experience so this is all new. I ran into issues when having influencers post reels and invite us as collaborators. A few received error messages when sending the requests. It says our account doesn’t have access to Instagram music. From the research I’ve done, and my understanding it’s because we are a business account and don’t have access to use the music they choose. Does anyone have any insight or solutions around this?
As a realtor, how do I find better commissions? The office I work in has only offered me low-tier listings, and they bring zero to none commission. I want to change that but don't know where to start. Any advice?
I recently lateraled (3rd hear) into a biglaw firm from a clerkship just before the start of the fiscal year (Oct. 1). I’ve been out on a few matters and have worked on some clients, but this will be the second month in a row I’ve billed under 150 hours/month. I’ve been told by partners and associates to enjoy the lull but I can’t help but feel like I’m not being productive. I also feel like if I ask the partner or seniors for more work again it will genuinely annoy them. What should I do?
NYC creative here. Been in the industry for a year. I feel like I am pulling all the weight and my partner is just not contributing enough. Need some advice (Continued)...
Anyone here into astrophotography? Want to up my game with deep sky objects, nebula, star clusters, etc. But confused on telescopes and telescope equipment.
Looks like I would need 1) Telescope, 2) Field flattener 3) Tracking mount (my existing tracking mount can only take 6.6 lbs) 4) T Adapter 5) Sturdy tripod (my travel tripod is too flimsy)
Any other gear I would need? Is there any place that sells reliable packages at the 800-1200? Debating whether to get a computerized mount at this range
Do you overdress for your first week on site with new client? First day? Normal to wear suit jacket first day regardless of level? Big4 if it makes a difference.

Is it a good idea to head out of consulting before my one year is up? I just got a job at a cool late stage startup, with better pay and role. This is my first job out of undergrad

Actually shocked at the work ethic of my friend who is ex Investment Banking at Evercore!
He recently got a new job in lending and says that if he isn’t working until 10pm he feels like he didn’t do enough.
I’m logging off at basically 5pm everyday 👀
Q for Google folks- in the time it took a friend to put me into referral system, the job listing I was interested in was taken offline. Does this mean the position is filled or just that they're moving to the next stage (eg interviews)?
In other words, is it worth asking my friend to connect with the hiring manager or has the ship sailed for that job?
I have an offer to start in a week but I haven't given any notice. I'm worried about making the jump and given the Covid19 I have the opportunity to work both - slight overlap. Should I ride both?
I got an offer that I was exited about and dropped out of another process I was very excited about because I needed to give a decision to offer 1. Two week laters, I am so regretting it. I was so excited about the dream opportunity at place 2 but just realized I shouldn’t risk it and give up offer 1. Literally, been mentally exhausted the past few days with regret. Anyone been there?

Different sort of question, but has anyone also wrestled with the more existential question of whether to go into something more traditionally high-paying (corp strat, etc.) vs doing something more impact-oriented for lower pay? How did you think through that? What did you end up deciding?
At a boutique firm for just over a year, I know this isn’t the best place for my growth, but a promotion is coming. Am I better of sticking around or try to go to MBB or big 4 at an associate level?
