Why do you want to push the interview? Set a date that works and stick to it - if you don’t, they might fill the role before you even speak to them.
As to cases, this is extremely role dependent and typically used to test technical and/or critical thinking ability. Some companies and roles are well known for presenting cases, others rely on verbal interviews only.
Op, take this advice. It’s about as direct and helpful as you can find on here. Get that interview scheduled and land it.
