How long to wait before letting a nanny go back to work after covid? Our nanny started feeling sick around 9 days ago. She tested positive 8 days ago. Her symptoms have been very mild (just a cough and a runny nose) and she’s been essentially symptom-free for the past 48 hours. Hi folks, I've been offered for the role of devsecops engineer at cisco. I have put my resignation last day is on October and my current company is asking if i could consult for them on hourly basis if possible. I thought of asking my cisco HR but thought I could ask here. Is there any constraints which stops us from consulting? Will it conflict with the cisco contractual policies? Need resume advice. I got tech lead at just 4yoe by filling a vacuum for ML ops on a team of ad hoc DS's. Have numbers to back my work up, but feel like lead this early in my career (at big tech) is too unbelievable. Recruiters like my resume for hitting all the buzzwords and then some, but I'm not getting great traction after they fwd it to HMs. Should I intentionally undersell myself, or leave my lead stuff on there?
