Hi all, I have an offer from nagarro 33LPA (31.5 fixed). My hcl manager try to retain me, he is offering me Max 28LPA (24 fixed). Should I stay back because my focus is to go in product-based . So i was thinking to stay in hcl and then prepare for DSA and then switch to product based, or should I take offer from nagarro and then prepare for product based. I am working as Java backend developer with 7.5 yrs exp. Please help me.

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.

I don't trust EY at all. Within the last month they:
- Increased PTO
- Increased EY-paid holidays
- Offered to bank your bonus 5x
- Provided substantial raises
- Provided better PBB than recent years

My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
