You should get a new car every year or 2 with MB for like $400. Don’t know anything else

for $500 , I'd still take it

Well Halliburton has a certain reputation... if that's something you care about.

Thanks. Actually, I do.

What would the roles offered with each company? Where would you be located for each?

Same location, doesn't make a difference. Both are similar roles, staff function (procurement).

Just got hired into a management role for 90k for the first time. I’m struggling as this is my third week and my manager isn’t around and I’m dealing with some client issues I haven’t seen before - my friend (not in the industry) told me that I shouldn’t expect more guidance at this salary bracket. Experienced huge incoming surge of imposter syndrome. Is this reasonable?

Hello and Happy Friday! I’m looking to add a Contract Recruiter to my team of 7 for a $2B manufacturing company. Ideally, I’d love to find someone who has 3+ years recruiting for Engineers and/or IT roles but I’m also open to all experience. This position has the opportunity to go permanent in the future or has flexibility to remain as a contract role. Fully remote job. Typical req load between 16-20 salaried roles. $35/hr. Please message me if you are interested!

Just saw another Amex offer on my SPG card (Amex app -> offers) for Marriott and Ritz - $60 back for $300 spend and $100 back for $500 respectively. Don’t think it has to be spent in one stay either.

I really don’t think there’s a chance that the SCOTUS overturns Roe. I would hope this affirming decision further slams the door on states trying to legislate what happens in a doctor’s office between a pregnant woman and her doctor. There’s always a chance this swings the other way, but this SCOTUS so far has a non partisan approach, regardless of what the media has portrayed. The panic seems unwarranted.
