I just got offered a promotion to be an Area Sales Manager and mange my own team of account executives in the Bay Area. I want to make sure I have a good idea of what a fair base salary is. Current base salary before promotion is $87,500….what is a fair wage increase for a managerial position? Any insight is appreciated!

Hi, I am IITB passout & have 6 yrs exp with Microsoft. I have offers from Apple - 40L (Base) + (6L (1st yr) + (6L 2nd yr) Jn bonus) + 1,15,500$ worth Apple stks over 4 years. From H1 - 75L (Base) + 5000 ESOPs for 4 years (Company is not into IPO yet & the mentioned 5000 stks can be bought at strike price ~10$ each when company gets listed in IPO)

I have an interview for a heavy litigation position. I’m confident in my skills and area of law but was recently diagnosed with a chronic health condition that effects my voice. The treatment for the condition is every 2 months, which then renders my voice very weak and breathy for about 1-2 weeks.
