Keep trying and be persistent with what ever company u feel u’ll do great at. Also locate the managers by calling the facilities or Human Resources. Get a name and phone number.
I totally second this! You could call them directly.
Keep at it! It isn't easy, but you can do it. Try to locate job fairs, look online, and contact people on LinkedIn. It takes a few months before you start hearing from people, but once you do it is a flood.
Make a list of all companies that you can potentially employ you. If you have the capacity, maybe try to volunteer on the side with relevant organizations to get some experience. Be creative and persistent in your outreach - there's always that one company that's waiting for you!
Narrow down the list of companies you want to join. Check if you meet the requirements or not. I'd also suggest you start working on your network. You can connect with recruiters on LinkedIn or in person. You'll get there, OP! Good luck!
What state are you in?
There’s a severe shortage of MAs nationally. Apply at any medical centers (especially academic). MAs can work in clinics or hospital units in many places.
You have a typo in your question. Make sure your resume looks professional. I do interviews all the time for CMAs, and I notice if the resume has errors. It shows that the person doesn’t pay attention to detail. A good resume gets you in the door!
Might be worth networking internally, like with your own doctor's office. they might have friends in other places with openings
Can you look for work as an ER tech or phlebotomist at a place you’d like to work long-term? Then go into an MA job once open? I’ve always had the best job hunting experience if I go in person to the place that is hiring. (To drop off resume and introduce myself.)
