I just had discussion with my D HR on Salary. My current CTC is 5.7. YOE is 4. Working as ABAP consultant. Deloitte is offering me 13 Fixed and 10% Variable and 1L JB. I don't currently have a counter offer. What's the best I can ask for? It's for consultant role.

I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 11 years with 10 of those in the field as a technician. As a technician I was considered very capable and was always considered one of the best where ever I worked. I got offered a job as an internal wholesaler at Lord Abbett and market support analyst at Blackrock. Blackrock pays more but it’s an assistant role. Lord Abbett says I can move to external wholesaler but it’s a smaller co and less upward mobility if I don’t get that role. Any reason I should take one over the other?
