I just have to say that signing up for therapy (and finding my current therapist) was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I’m learning a lot about myself and how to live a happier life. I wish people could learn about these things without therapy. And I wish more people would be able to take advantage of counseling.

What kind of system do you use?

I'm developing this PC position at work (they've never had one) and I am forced to use the current ticketing system in place. The plan is to create tickets specific to tasks. I want to use a numbering system for cross referencing and basically visual organization. My Ops mgr isn't entirely on board and wants to know why we have to use a setup that works for me while those parts aren't necessarily for everyone.

Not sure how else to build something from scratch.

Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I know I have Impostor Syndrome and depression, and the longer it takes to put a slide together, the harder it is to get it done.
