I am offered Manager position by PwC USA Advisory. So far my experience with HR / Onboarding / Compliance and Immigration Team has not been so great. No response on many of my important emails.
I am afraid that will I have same kind of experience even after joining the firm. Or it will be better once I am part of the organization.

I’m genuinely curious and would love to see those ideas! For me, I’m 33, we live in a house that is below budget and refinanced to a 15yr (13 left) mortgage. Planning to be mortgage free and with the investments and kids college saved, then retire between 45-50. I’d want some part time work though. We travel 3-4x a year and camp on weekends often now.
