That’s terrible. I wish I had advice for you but I’m not sure the best way to approach this. For starters, how did you get this info? Is your source reliable? I think it would be helpful to have solid evidence and then have an open conversation with someone you trust in your firm (either for advice on the best way to approach HR or perhaps a partner could do that on your behalf)
I think you need to fight, not sit back. Make a case. Bring to your leadership, to HR. It’s not ok.
You do nothing. It’s not your business what other people make
So women should just sit back and be ok with the wage gap and not try to move the needle at all because it isn’t our business? Really KPMG?
