I just onboarded to a project and it was straight to business. Like no hi I'm so and so, I just appeared in a meeting and someone said "oh your new" and carried on.

Also, I'm the only one who turns their camera on. I don't do it or expect it all the time but when you're meeting people I think it's good... I have legitimately worked with people for a month and never seen them outside of the floating head shot on zoom. I guess no one cares to get to know each other anymore... 😕

But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA.
