And I busted my butt for it, while working 50+ billable hours a week. I wanted to get something that will remind me of this feeling for years to come. The recruiter told me that if successful, the offer may or may not include equity depending on what level of role they offer me. think 2-1 does not include equity, but 2-2 does. Any advice to prepare for this conversation? Especially if I am offered a 2-1 role with no equity as part of the initial offer.

Have a big pore/acne scar on my face due to a breakout 3 weeks back. I had a big bump that disappeared after a week, so been struggling with this over a month now total. I have never had acne or major breakouts. Had been lucky to have clear skin most of my life (30s now).
