So possibly silly refinancing question: my understanding of refinancing is that if interest rates lower, you basically start a new mortgage with a new bank at lower rates and pay off your old mortgage. With this, there's some closing costs associated.

Check out EGAS. Friend told me about it, it does airdrop smart contracts and has not been marketed very much. Market cap was $373K this AM when I got in and jumped today to $950K ($0.09 per coin)
